The book is also now available for preorder on Barnes And Noble, Blackwells, Booktopia, Yes24 and Walmart in paperback format.

The amazing Dr Kate Quinn from Heavy Metal Therapy and Leif Munkelien from Metalheads Against Bullying have both generously contributed afterwords to the book, and Vanessa Warwick of Headbangers Ball fame will be posting about it in the future.

I’ve also managed to signpost people to fellow wordpress writers’ material 🙂

I’ve also mailed some copies out for Raven Records in Camden to stock.
